Methodology

My teaching methodology is varies, it depends on the learners readiness (which is the student's - center), lessons that i wanted to taught and how I wanted the learner to easily understand the lesson.
The lessons that I wanted to taught the learner would determined the teaching methodology and the readiness of the learners to acquired the knowledge.
