About Mitch
My name is Mitch, also known as MMTHEPT. I'm a 26-year-old originally from London, now based in Nottingham. Sports have always been my life and something I’m extremely passionate about. After playing at a competitive level and coaching, I transitioned into personal training and 1-2-1 coaching to help others achieve their fitness goals. It’s a joy for me to share my love for sports and training with others, using my elite background to train people at all levels and help them enhance their athletic performance.

As a personal trainer (The Gym Group Radford) I specialise in plyometric training, weight loss, and bodyweight exercises. My approach combines explosive movements, high-intensity workouts, and functional bodyweight techniques to help clients build strength, improve endurance, and achieve their weight loss goals.
