Methodology
From my years of teaching, I've been used to majorly the explanatory and discussion method of teaching. This involves me explaining and allowing the student to give his/her own understanding of the lesson taught. This doesn't mean I do not use other methods (I use them when the need arises).
Also, I use the formative evaluation method while teaching. This is a process that involves me asking the student questions during the teaching and learning process. This enables me to know the student's level of understanding and knowledge of the subject matter being taught. This also enables me make good decisions as regards the progress of the lesson.
Background
I'm an Economics Education undergraduate in the University of Lagos with a great passion and love for teaching. I've been a private tutor of maths, economics, accounting and commerce for four years and had good recommendations. I'm also a graduate of Accounting Education with a solid background in acquisition of teaching skills.
