I'm a native Italian university student (of Modern languages) offering Italian language lessons online.

Methodology

Hello! I am a student, studying foreign languages at Durham university. I'm Italian and I moved to England 9 years ago, so I'm bilingual in Italian and English :) I like to keep lessons fun, friendly and productive. For example, for each lesson, I like to start with a short revision of the previous lesson, then choose both a new grammar and new vocab topic, mixing up the teaching to advance both aspects!
I also like to incorporate at least 5-10 minutes of general conversation for oral skills and pronounciation :)

Background

I have experience in teaching Italian and English abroad, in countries like Russia (a short language course where kids achieved an English cerrificate), Italy and England, of course :) I have taught a variety of classes, from 6 students up to 30, of ages between 6-14 years old.

Work Experience as a teacher:
July 2017: Summer camp leader in Italy, teaching English lessons to 30 children (6 to 14 years old)
April 2017: teaching English in a Russian school in Kostroma to a class of 30 children (age 8-11) - children achieved an 'English course certificate' for school.
April 2016: taught English in a school in Hetauda, Nepal (classes of 20, aged 6-16)
September (every year from 2011 to 2015) - taught Italian sessions to children of 11,12 and 13 years old for European Languages week
