Methodology
I believe in making the English language an asset, one must be able to feel the language rather than learning grammar or writing. Once this process starts English flows through one's heart and soul. My mother tongue isn't English, but I have practiced to speak and write English a lot better than I know my mother tongue.
I believe in carrying on this attitude and make my students feel the power of language. As an enthusiast, my teaching techniques might be very different, but they give good results.

Background
I have been teaching English for about 3 years now. Earlier I used to teach in an Academy in my city which held students right from grade 3 to senior classes. About a couple of 200 children, I have taught in my career. Now I focus on individual classes rather than batches. As the results are much more effective if I focus on polishing one individual. Many of my students have achieved grades A+ in their school examinations and it makes me feel proud to know they are not the best students, because the best of them are currently involved in giving their inner art words via the language I taught.
