About Santiago
I am a language student in 6th semester. I worked for an American company as a customer service advisor, and then I worked one year in a high-class hotel in poblado, there I was a receptionist for one year. So customer service, respect and patience have been indispensable. Just as both jobs have allowed me to acquire a greater command of the language.
