About Phumla
I am a dedicated and passionate Bachelor of Education (BEd) student who enjoys helping others learn and grow in confidence. Studying education has strengthened my understanding of effective teaching methods and how students learn best. IsiZulu is a beautiful language, and I love sharing my knowledge with students from different backgrounds and learning levels. I am patient, understanding, and committed to creating a positive and supportive learning environment. I became interested in teaching because I enjoy making learning easier, more enjoyable, and helping students achieve their academic and personal goals. Seeing students improve and become more confident motivates me to continue teaching and supporting others.

My IsiZulu lessons are friendly, supportive, and designed to make learning easy and enjoyable for every student. I help learners improve their speaking, reading, writing, pronunciation, vocabulary, and understanding of grammar at their own pace. I create a comfortable learning environment where students can ask questions confidently without feeling judged. My lessons are personalised according to each student’s goals, whether they want help with schoolwork, conversations, assignments, exams, or learning IsiZulu as a new language. I use simple explanations, practical examples, and engaging activities to help students understand and remember the language better.
