My primary style of teaching is the Socratic method in which I encourage my students to come to the correct conclusions on their own through carefully guided questioning based strictly on the student's individual level of understanding of the subject at hand.
I often also use relevant metaphors and the creation of "stories" in order to help difficult information flow together and "stick" within the mind of the student in such a way that makes uniquely sense to them.
My target audience are advanced high school students and or biology undergraduates. However, I am open to graduate students as well.
