About Jess
I am almost a qualified primary teacher (a few months left of uni). I have experience teaching across all primary ages, as well as working with and tutoring these ages (prep-year 6). I am passionate about helping kids learn, understand and enjoy the topic they are studying. I aim to make learning fun so kids look forward to the tutoring sessions.

I base my teaching on where the child is at in their learning and understanding. I think it is important for the child to have input into how they learn and what they learn. I keep the lessons engaging and relevant to their lives while still covering the academic content. I incorporate the use of appropriate technologies into my teaching and tutoring so student can learn these important skills. Most of all I make sure the lessons are relaxed and fun so there is no stress surrounding the learning.
