Experienced teacher for primary schools subjects: online lessons with encouragement ad patience
Methodology
I believe it is important to give a lot of encouragement , patience and praise to children who are learning. All children learn at their own rate, and all children can be successful. I teach through games, worksheets; examples; working side by side- and if the child doesn't understand there is always another way to explain the concept. I also believe in celebrating success through fun and games.
Background
I have worked for 20 years + in primary schools and 5 years as an independent private tutor. All my students have progressed satisfactorily and its always been sad to say goodbye. I have four of my own children who are all grown now; all went to grammar school, and left with very good qualifications. one was an editor of Nature magazine; one was a PA in Nigerian Bank; another is a computer analyst for Burberry's and the other is a computer programmer for Barclays Bank. I ahve four very happy and settled grandchildren that I absolutely adore.
