Methodology

I can provide training for general English, Cambridge exams (KET, PET, FCE, CAE, CPE), IELTS and business English for both adults and children (I am DPS checked).

An initial learner needs and level assessment will be given and lessons will be adapted specifically for your needs. You can have as much input into what areas are focused on as you want.

I use a communicative approach, engaging with the local area, media as much as is possible.

Background

I'm an experienced, CELTA qualified English language teacher with 5 years experience teaching students of a wide range of nationalities both in the UK and abroad (Portugal, Japan and Vietnam) teaching classes in language schools, summer schools and universities as well as teaching one-on-one tutoring.

I have experience teaching all levels (beginners-proficiency) and ages (4- adult) and different course types (business/exams/ general English).
