Methodology
I have my Masters in Literacy from Lesley University and my Bachelors degree from the State University of New York at Old Westbury in Elementary Education 1-6. I have taught third grade in Boston prior to moving down to Rhode Island.
I used a combination technology and standard teaching techniques to create the ideal learning environment for children's specific needs. If something isn't working it's back to the drawing board until it does!
Background
I have tutored a former student in Reading Comprehension for a few months. Aside from teaching at my school in Boston, I worked the after care program with children ranging in age from 3-12 years old. During the summer I worked at the school's summer camp. This summer I worked with children going into first grade.
